A. Vitamins are organic substances naturally found in foods. Body processes such as growth, maintenance and tissue repair require 13 essential vitamins. If a certain vitamin is deficient in the diet, a deficiency disease may occur. We have then of course have continually damaged our bodies by following fad and nonsensical diet plans in the past (I too am guilty).
And on top of that, the crops we grow these days tend to be nutrient dead crops because our farmers do not rotate the land they grow them in as often as they should or worse yet, Genetically Modified without our knowledge. Farmers, by the way, are trying to save and make a little more money. They use the same land over and over to allow for more crops. They use GMO seeds to have faster growing crops (rush something and there is always a thing or two missing in the final goods).
And then the cheapest chemicals they can find are used as opposed to using the more natural fertilizers that are really only pennies on the dollar more expensive to protect their crops. It is a known fact that our vegetables have sometimes 90% less of the same nutrients measured in them as the crops grown in the exact same soils just 50 years ago.
You can feel how your body has reacted to less and less nutrition each new passing year.... Our bodies expect to receive essential nutrients that no amount of today's food, not even barrels full of vegetables and organic meat, can supply. You didn't think gas, belching and bad breath was just a reaction to what you ate or needing to brush your teeth did you? You are nutrient deficient and things are falling apart inside of you, so you stink...
From The Oakland Genomics Institute Research Center:
"Diet is estimated to contribute to about one-third of preventable cancers -- about the same amount as smoking. Inadequate intake of essential vitamins and minerals explains the epidemiological findings that people who eat only small amounts of fruits and vegetables have an increased risk of developing cancer. Recent experimental evidence indicates that vitamin and mineral deficiencies from poor food selection and using nicotine, caffeine and alcohol, which depletes you of nutrients, leads to DNA damage. Optimizing vitamin and mineral intake by encouraging a change in eating, taking multi-vitamin and mineral supplements, and kicking bad habits just might most chronic diseases."
THE MEDIA HAS LIED TO YOU AND YOUR DOCTORS DO NOT ALWAYS KNOW IT
Look, I know from testing, research and blood tests that no matter how clean I eat, I am still missing 9 of 10 essential fats, 15 of the 20 vitamins, 2 or 3 of the essential amino acids and definitely 60 of the 70 known minerals. That means in a nutshell, no matter how good I look or feel on the outside, even if we took the most expensive multivitamin we could find, we are missing out on at least 80% of our nutrition and you feel it once you finally get it. Think you know success now? You haven't a clue what success is until you add the missing 80% of those essential nutrients. And again, if you aren't getting the proper amounts of ALL the vitamins, ALL at once, but in small dosages, several times a day, you're wasting your time taking whatever it is you use.
